Choosing a lender is just as important as choosing an agent. You want to make sure that whomever you decide to obtain your loan through is knowledgeable and responsive.  I’ve come to know the different lenders and who does and does not perform well in the end.  The last thing we need is a lender not approving your loan in the 11th hour, leaving everyone with trucks packed and no place to go.
